The rights of laborers shall be protected. PML
will develop a skilled labor force to meet the challenges of a growing economy. The minimum labor wage, both rural and urban, will be periodically fixed to counter inflation and provide a reasonable standard of living. Labor laws will be revised to ensure justice to all parties and to improve working relations and overall growth.
Contract Labor System to be Encouraged

by those willing to work will be exercised under the provisions of relevant laws for violence, indiscipline and loss of productivity.
