              Skills Development


 In addition to creating employment, we will aim to improve the quality and the skills of the work force. We will set up skill development centers that will determine the skills that are most needed and develop these skills in the labor force. In addition to public skills development centers, the private sector will also be incentivized to develop and operate such centers.
